Company Profile
Scottish Maids is a family-run business which has been in operation since 1980,
earning a reputation for quality and service which is second to none. Founded by the original Scottish Maid, Helena Turner, the company began as a corporate maid
service within one apartment complex in Mountain View, California. Helena's sisters,
Ann and Elizabeth, and cousin, Carol, flew from Scotland to join her and the company diversified into
corporate houseware rental, expanding into other apartment complexes. Since
furnishing our first corporate apartment in 1984, we have successfully installed over
thirty thousand houseware packages at locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

The company operates a fleet of vans, which
are monitored by satellite tracking, and all our personnel have radio cell phones, allowing the fastest
possible response to changing requirements or last-minute emergencies. |
We are extremely flexible in adapting to special needs and can provide
all the services necessary when a change of resident occurs in a corporate apartment,
including additional cleaning tasks and a complete check and restoration of the houseware
package. Guests are made to feel instantly at home on arrival in their new
environment with our complimentary first meal welcome package, which adds the finishing
touch to a comprehensive, top quality houseware setup.
